The Navigator Together for the Win is sponsored by The Navigator Company, S.A. (hereinafter "The Navigator Company").
Timing:
The incentive program will begin at 00:00 (GMT) on the 1st of September 2026 and will end at 23:59 (GMT) on the 30th of November 2026.
Eligibility:
Navigator Together for the Win is an incentive program restricted to any salesperson selling Navigator's mill brands of graphical and/or office papers from distributors who have adhered to Navigator's Sales Out Incentive Program.

First-time users must register, entering the following information on the registry page: name, company e-mail, company name, and country. Access is passwordless: each time you sign in, a 6-digit code is sent to your company e-mail.
After the user authenticates himself in the system, he will have access to a dashboard where he can perform the following operations:

After the user authenticates himself in the system, he will have access to a dashboard where he can perform the following operations:
- Upload sales quantities of office paper boxes and pallets;
- Upload sales quantities of graphical paper reams and pallets;
- View information uploaded in current weeks (with totals);
- View information uploaded in previous weeks; and
- View the prize amount value for the uploaded information.
To be eligible for the weekly draw, a user needs to fill out, for the respective week, the sales information for office and/or graphical papers.
Every Monday for 13 weeks, there will be a prize draw among users who have uploaded information to the system. There will be draws on the following dates:
- On the 7th of September for activity uploaded on week #36 (1 September - 6 September);
- On the 14th of September for activity uploaded on week #37 (7 September - 13 September);
- On the 21st of September for activity uploaded on week #38 (14 September - 20 September);
- On the 28th of September for activity uploaded on week #39 (21 September - 27 September);
- On the 5th of October for activity uploaded on week #40 (28 September - 4 October);
- On the 12th of October for activity uploaded on week #41 (5 October - 11 October);
- On the 19th of October for activity uploaded on week #42 (12 October - 18 October);
- On the 26th of October for activity uploaded on week #43 (19 October - 25 October);
- On the 2nd of November for activity uploaded on week #44 (26 October - 1 November);
- On the 9th of November for activity uploaded on week #45 (2 November - 8 November);
- On the 16th of November for activity uploaded on week #46 (9 November - 15 November);
- On the 23rd of November for activity uploaded on week #47 (16 November - 22 November);
- On the 30th of November for activity uploaded on week #48 (23 November - 29 November).
The week starts at 00:00 (GMT) on Monday and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on Sunday. Only the information uploaded between these dates/hours is eligible for the prize draw.
If there are not enough users to deliver all the prizes, they move on to the next week's draw. If it is the last week of the program, prizes will not be awarded.
Weekly Draw:
At 00:00 (GMT) on Monday, the system will close the user week and notify all eligible users for the draw.
The draw happens at 18:00 (GMT) on Monday, and the winners will be notified by e-mail.
2 prizes are drawn among the eligible users.
Winner validation:
All winners need to have the documents that prove the quantities that have been reported during the week. In some cases, The Navigator Company can check all the amounts reported, but there are other cases in which the winner may be requested to send the documents to receive the prize.
If the winner cannot prove the quantities he entered into the system for the week, he will be disqualified and will lose the right to the prize money.
The prize will be included in the draw for the following week.
A user can win a maximum of 2 prizes during the incentive program.
Prize Amount:
The prize is calculated as cumulative sales of:
- Office Paper – 2 £ / 2 € per box or 50 £ / 50 € per full pallet;
- Graphical Paper – 2 £ / 2 € per ream or 50 £ / 50 € per bulk pallet.
The total maximum weekly prize per winner is 150 £ / 150 €. If the cumulative sales are above 150 £ / 150 €, the prize will be 150 £ / 150 €.
Amounts are gross values, subject to local taxes if applicable.
Prize delivery:
Digital prizes will be delivered to the user's company e-mail after the incentive program ends.
To qualify for prize delivery, users must continue to fill out all required sales information for office and/or graphical papers throughout the program duration.
The promoter assumes no responsibility for any delays caused by the lack of prize availability by the provider; therefore, should the recipient not receive the prize, the promoter will not attempt a 2nd delivery.
Prizes will be delivered after the promoter confirms the validation of prize eligibility.
Amounts are gross values, subject to local taxes if applicable.
Prize delivery:

The Navigator Company agrees to protect the participants' data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorised access, as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"), Article 32.
Under the GDPR, Article 15, the Navigator Company warrants participants the right to access, update or remove their data at any time.
The Navigator Company guarantees to delete all collected data at the end of the incentive.

The Navigator Company now disclaims any liability and shall not be held liable for any damages, including, without limitation, system failure, website accessibility, prize shipping delays or any other adverse effects of any kind, especially those derived from third parties involved in the promotion. However, The Navigator Company will do everything to minimise any eventual problems that may arise.
The Navigator Company reserves the right to exclude any participant that does not honour its spirit from the competition. The Navigator Company reserves the right to give away prizes of equal value other than those specified herein if forced to do so due to circumstances beyond its control. By joining the promotion, all participants agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these regulations. Any additional information you give during the promotion will be considered as part of these rules.
